general email message to all local barrie cb radio operatorson 40channels

Every time they start swearing,do this! Transmit a 1040hz. tone into
your mic. and LOCK your mic down for about 10-15 min. or until they get
the idea?
This will create a nasty headache unless they turn off their radio!
