CPI technician wanted

Howdee Folks , Anyone here know of a qualified radio tech who has experience with the Communications Power Inc side band CB's ?

I have a mobile the CPI model CP 400 no power no lights no happy face.

Any leads to a tech who has experience with these old proprietary radios would be appreciated.
