I get the point Bert. What is the shocker is the
mention that the FCC receives 42K complaints a
year about illegal CB operations.

What I actually find find sad is the relative absence of FCC enforcement
behind 46K complaints. When they DO strike, it's usually against a
freebanding ham who is running 30 or so Watts SSB on a RCI-2950 rather than
"Kilowat Charlie" running a 10kW mobile on AM. Get the demographic
implication, Leland?
