It shouldn't. If you want to solve a problem you must address the source of the
problem. In case you haven't noticed, Twisty is the focal point of most of the
crap. He has been a major source of the problems here, including the forging,
name-calling, threats, unrestrained profanity and general mayhem. Chances are
that he is also one or more of the trolls causing all the trouble, and might
even be the person posing as N8WWM under a deliberately poor disguise. Either
way, ignoring him doesn't work -- been there, done that, got the crummy T-shirt

3. Verify the facts. The facts are that CBers in this newgroup talk about CB,
and the rest are trolls. They are not keyclowns, they are not AKC, they are not
freebanders or frequency cops. They are trolls. As for the voodoo-techs, they
left not because of opposition to their legal position, but because they were
publically spanked for spewing their ridiculous techno-babble.

publically spanked is a matter of conjecture here. see 1 above.

There should be no doubt as to the reason for their absence. When their
psuedo-technical theories were contradicted with authoritative references and
simple logic, they left. One by one they were discredited, each according to
their own particular incompetence. And it's no coincidence that just as soon as
their RF-voodoo was exposed they disappeared. Most have tried to return at least
once, but were unable to support their technical mumbo-jumbo with facts, and
quickly departed once again. No, they didn't leave because of the 'crap' -- they
left because they had publically humiliated themselves with their own ignorance.


4. Never assume. When you agree with someone's opinion without verifying the
facts and logic supporting that opinion, you are assuming that someone else has
already done so. Many times (if not most of the time) that is not the case. And
it's NEVER the case with Twistedhed's opinions.

good explanation, but alas he's still,
like a couple others, very obsessed
with this newsgroup. Mopar tried
to just have a cordial post with him
and Frank got snooty with him.

Wrong. He mentioned that there were white-caps on the lake. What did he mean?
Hell, I don't know. He could have been talking about boating or fishing or the
weather, or even something abstract. In order to find out, I responded with a
simple, one-word request for clarification: "So?". If you perceived a "snooty"
inflection to my reply then it was added by you, Hypocrite Landshark, not me.
