sister's friend got shot with a deer slug while
trying to rip off some guys wheels in Detroit one
night. Believe it or not he sued the guy that shot
him and collected a cool $250,000, and this was
back in 1973/74, so this was a big chuck of
change. Of course he walks with a big limp now but
he's rich from using the money to buy and run his
own auto body shop bis.

bad name from be identified as illegal CBers. The
general public can't tell the difference a Ham
antenna or a CB one, and think anybody with a big
antenna is a CBer. Many reports of interference
are caused by CBers running power and modified
radios while the Ham get the blame in the public's
mind.

antennas on your van that nearly every person that ask why you have all that

hate being mistaken for one by everybody in town who see's how stupid you look

president, and the FCC. It took all of them to get
that law passed that lets local police prosecute
CBers for interference problems. And that law got
started by a group of Hams who got sick and tired
of getting blamed for the actions of illegal CB
operators, such as yourself. And that law, and the
issues, with is a done deal. That hams proved
their point or the law never would have gotten
signed in to law and that's a fact. The debate is
over.
