No ****..gas was 15 to 20 cents cheaper in Tenn and the Virginia's than in Cleveland, going to and from the Bristol race. I thought it would be more down there. |

The oil comes to Savannah, so apparently the taxes crossing state lines plays an important role in gas prices at the pump. -- ________________________ Pear pimples for hairy fishnuts? |

You know whats really sad, gasoline is a by-product of making heating oil and diesel fuel, yet they say that the gas prices have gone up due to them focusing their effort to make heating oil and diesel fuel. Both of my grandfathers were in the business for years, my moms day worked for the refinery in Lima, and my dad's dad had a gas station and garage in McClure for 36 years, where I spent the early years of my life, learning to weld and rebuild carburators at 8 years old. |

Yea, had a great time there, "the worlds fastest half mile". MIS is much more of a high speed track, hope your seats are up high. Are you taking your scanner? That's the kind of hands on training that's hard to beat. |

I doubt you will be able to watch the Texas race this weekend. Its nice and sunny here today, and when its nice and sunny on Wednesday, it rains on Sunday. |

Are you taking your scanner? yeah i'll have my scanner, My seats are upper level right above the start/finish line. You know whats really sad, gasoline is a by-product of making heating oil and diesel fuel, yet they say that the gas prices have gone up due to them focusing their effort to make heating oil and diesel fuel. Yeah it's come in handy, my biggest problem is, I have no patience for mechanical work, I get frustrated and want to start pounding on things with a hammer, mechanical parts don't work as well after you've pounded on them with a heavy hammer. Thats why I went into construction, I can beat the hell out of a 2x4 and when it's covered with drywall nobody knows. |
