out here, not-not-Jorge. In this case, you're not 100% correct.

Yup. The rules clearly state INTERNAL modifications.
It says nothing of external add ons.
However, it does state, "NO SOUND EFFECTS".
So after a 10 minute disertation, you end with, "This is a radio check. beep
beep".
