Dude, you can play this. They throw about 75 mph average. This is a rec league.
Nothing more than exercise with nice uniforms. Much more fun than softball.

Dude, you can play this. They throw about 75 mph average. This is a rec

I did full contact flag until I was about 28. No taclking, but you can block
people and knock them on their ass. I got hury too many times. We realized that
we could keep doing it after that. Recovery was taking longer.
