that mystery meat and cleanliness in those joints.

Clean kitchen, but I too have had suspicions about some of the
"meats". Hey, ya gotta pay attention at any restaurant that serves
Rocky Mountain Oysters.....

Bovine, I think. And yes it's on the menu, they just use a different
name so people don't know what they are eating.

Reminds me of a movie where someone set the record for eating them (chevy
chase maybe)but didn't know what they were.. too funny
