Looks like a death trap. No protection over the HV area, and ONLY! two
813 Tubes, Might be good for only 700 -800 Watts out if ran properly.
Besides, 813s WILL NOT work on 11 or 10 Meters, 20 meters at the best.

My mistake, he says three tubes Owell good for 900-1100 watts.
813 are NOT huge tubes.

Looks like a pair of 813's on the modulator deck and what might be a
4-400A or 4-1000A on the RF deck. Assuming the latter, and running
Class C AM, it should be good for much more than a kilowatt.

BTW, the 813 is rated for full power up to 30 MHz and several project
articles have been written about amps that run them at 10m. One local
CBer here built an amp using a pair of them and gets 600+ watts.

Why not? 813's have a maximum usable frequency of 120 Mhz..
