Default Maco m103 at 45 deg

Anyone ever try mounting a m103 at 45 deg.? Seems that when shooting
skip, the polarization gets tossed around from reflection and I find
myself swiching back and forth from the imax to the maco(flat side)
while talking to get the best reception while chatting with the same
station. Just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried this, and what
the results were. I know you can get dual polorized beams, but curious
if this has worked for anyone. Thanks, Bill
