chance of the same job opportunities for the same pay. If they do not take what is on
offer, that is nobody's fault, it's their choice. If employers start actively seeking certain
minority group members to artificially boost the figure, that would be racial discrimination.

It's one thing to think you are being discriminated against, but our approach simply backs up

opportunities. If they want some black owned businesses, they must buy or set up such
businesses.
There is the problem that you need to have enough money to start up or buy the business. For
someone in a poor family, the chance of escaping that poverty has to be low - you need money to
make money. However, if someone really wants it, they will find a way... start small, borrow,
form a partnership, etc.
It has never been easier to set up a business for a minimal outlay. As well as free advice
being available through business advice organisations, the Internet allows business
opportunities on an international level at a very low cost.

these people like babies that they already have equal rights, there's nothing more to give

Pete, Thanks for a very well balanced and well presented view. If only
people would stop and think about their lives, the things that happen around
them and the choices they "could" make if they got off their backsides and
did something about it instead of continually whining and seeing the
negative things in life their lives and that of the people around them would
be so much better.

together be it whoever they are. There are groups that align themselves with
