Ebay is but a tiny drop of the illegal/foreign equipment trade.
The majority of illegal equipment is bought/sold/traded at
hamfest boneyards (yes, *ham* boneyards), flea markets, and
over the air. Also, many legit storefronts deal in illegal equipment,
*if* you know how to ask for it. I would say more, but I
don't want to give k4kwh an orgasim.
