Hello Stevo:
"Fairly Impressive" I held back the best for last! I also Have a 1976 Ford F250 4x4 Hi-Boy, it came from the factory stock with a little lift to the body. So it does sit up higher than normal people trucks. It is a little difficult to get in and out of. But really pays for itself when on a date with a short dress, oh yeah! The Truck has a 96 inch (Modified) Francis Amazer Fiberglass whip antenna, mounted on the cab. Which a fairly large piece of aluminum sheet metal reinforces. With well over thousands and thousands of miles on this buety, it does show it age. But with a 400 HP Big Block you don't mind the gas prices, its a work or art to drive! I have been told when the Red Neck Mobile comes into a 4 way stop, most normal people will gladly allow the Big Green Monster to go before them, even if it aint my turn. Somthing about "This Red Neck Truck Ain't got no insurance or sense" The Yaesu kicks a 8 pill amp, powered by a 150 amp alternator, that will slip the belt and take most cars steroes out within short distance. And put the neddle on the peg for the 1 KW range. Would be nice tho, in the cold rainy desert weather, especially in the early morning if the drivers side had a window! Its a good feeling tho Jay in the Mojave Steveo wrote: Jay in the Mojave wrote: -snip- Getty Up n Go Brings a red neck tear to my eye. Hi Bill Been a few years since I looked in here. Wonder what I'd see if I turned on the lights? Carl/N9EFJ The2x4 I'm still around once in a while. 100% in agreement with Bill's diagnosis of this group. Me too! This place absolutely stinks but I still peek in every so often. The anti keydowner guy is absolutely horrible! He never takes a break. They complain about the way this place was but we would exchange a lot of good CB and amplifier/antenna info and even some good heated debates. I even miss that crazy guy called painkiller. Anybody remember him? I have to disagree with you guys. A simple click of the kill file. This group is better than it was 2 years ago. Vinnie S. Maybe you are right about that but I am talking about further back than 2 years. More like they heyday of this group was probably 1994 to 1998 or so... It got pretty over run with the anti homo guy after that. Painkiller hasnt been on this group since perhaps the 90's and I also miss Concrete man as well. Shadow, Toll Free, Eitner so many, that was the good ole days when we had good discussions and you could learn and teach stuff. Also alot of experimenting going on as well. Guys would meet at the cb breaks and not to threaten to kick anyones ass just to meet and greet and have fun. |

Somthing about "This Red Neck Truck Ain't got no insurance or sense" It must be that green color Jay. I'm partial to the sublime green over here, being Irish, any shade will suffice in a storm. Do you have the neon-green 'on the air' light as a warning to any flying insects? |

WHen he was on the road, I talked to him all the time. The office life is killing that. Vinnie S. Well at any rate if you trust him, I do too. All we need now is for the Tribe to meet the Yanks in the playoffs and then I can lay it on him again! ![]() One of these years you and I will sit down and break bread, pizano. I still have your wedding pics, and how long have you been married now? 3 years. Baby girl due in March. Vinnie S. |

wrote in : I bailed out of regular group reading after that amplifier legal begal nut was doing his thing for so long. Did anyone ever find out his real name..? See how effective he was..? Christmas I can't even remember his fake web name anymore. Voobner? I see Jay on the web once in a while... and say hi when I have time. Bill E is still whacked in the head and full of technical bs. I doubt he is the real author of much if any material posted on his web page. A fair assessment. Frank was here for a long time and has ****ed off enough people that someone looked up his checkered past and posted much of the military side here on the group. Last post I read found him with crow sandwich and foot in mouth doing a back pedal at full speed. You have the story backwards, Skippy. I voluntarily disclosed my "checkered past" while in the process of exposing Steve Robeson as a USMC imposter. I know you don't care much for facts, but they can be found in the RRAP archives. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Unrestricted-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |
