Default chrome, single band Superstar 3900- which PLL?

I'm wondering which PLL the chrome faced, single band (no frequency counter)
10 meter Superstar 3900 has?

it doesn't matter rich. the ss3900 is not authorized for use in the
citizens radio service.

it doesn't matter rich. the ss3900 is not authorized for use in the
citizens radio service.

It does matter in my case, since it won't be used for CB. I suspect it's
the MC145106, but I will confirm this another way since no one here seems to
be of help. BTW, what law forbids modifying a CB or ham radio to be used as
a receiver only for other radio frequencies? After all, a Superstar (or any
other Ham rig for that matter) CAN be purchased by anyone and used as a
receiver, whether or not it is modified for other frequencies. So please
don't assume that this radio is going to be used for CB as that's not the
intended purpose.

indeed all true any more than it violates the rule That used to use a
CB opened to full VFO mode to drive a slightly modifed 10m to 2m
tranverter system
