Alternator back in the 60's 70's area, in the ol mans 1964 F100 Custom
Cab Truck with fire engine red bucket seats. Man did the old Palmar 150
mobile 12 volt linear amp get up and go after the alternator was
installed!

I had a Palomar 150m some years back. I remember it used to make a whining
noise when keyed, but it kicked ass over most pill amps up to 250 watts.
