Default PSK-31 signal report format

I have heard RSQ used in place of RST in PSK-31 siganl reports... I
wonder if the Q stands for "quality"--as in IMD level or overdriving
(or not).

It seems like an appropriate modification of the RST format.

I wonder what others think.
