I have looked through the WEB site of the Indian amateur radio group but can
not find a list of frequencies that may be used by Indian radio amateurs.

The best frequency from VU4 to the central part of NA is 10.1 MHz. Does
anyone know if that band may be used?

low SSN on a map, it is clear that CW is needed to hear a 100 watt station
in the central part of NA. It is also clear that weak openings are short.

Dear Mr. Left Coast:

The Indian rules that came into effect in 1979 only include 10 kHz of
80m, 7 to 7.1 MHz, 14 to 14.35 MHz, 21 to 21.45 MHz, and 28 to 29.7 MHz.
[max. of 150 watts input]

One expects that some additions were made after 1979.
