will have copies of the log and send out a certificate to all those who
qualify. If you want a W1AW QSL card, please send to them direct or via
the bureau. The logs will be posted after January 1st on their website:
http://the3stevesarc.org/
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an officially sanctioned ARRL event. It is run

QSL INFO AND NEWS.....................
QSL MANAGER FOUND (Update): Kelly, N0VD, reports: "Given the amount of
guys that have offered their QSL managerial services, I thought it best
to reply to the list rather than individually as I'm still getting
offers. I was amazed at the caliber of managers that stepped forward.
It was a tough decision, but I have chosen Joe Arcure, W3HNK, as my new
manager. Joe seemed the best fit, and I have no doubts he will do a bang
up job of cleaning up my backlog and tending to new requests in a timely
manner. So, beginning immediately please send all QSL requests to W3HNK
for the following calls: KE9KD, N0VD, VP5/N0VD, VP5D (2005 - present only
for my QSOs. Joe also manages the original VP5D call holder), J3/N0VD,
PJ2/N0VD and PJ4/N0VD. I have a handful of direct QSLs that I will be
replying to shortly. If you have sent a bureau card for any of the above
calls, it will be forwarded to Joe, and you should have a reply back to
your bureau soon. Thanks for everybody's patience while the backlog is
cleared up, and thanks to everybody for their offer. Please spread the
word. 73 Kelly - N0VD"
