LATEST NEWS around the upcoming GEMINIDS 2008 and BCC MS-Contest
We got the first estimates of peak time (23 UT, 13rd dec.) for the
GEMINIDS Shower 2008. So it looks pretty nice for mid europe to have
the peak between saturday and sunday night which shall give a good
chance for very high activities... The team of MMMonVHF did start
to archive the past ACTIVITY-OVERVIEW´s (PERSEIDS 2008 & OVERVIEW
PDF-File & EU-MAP) and built up ACTIVITY-OVERVIEW´s for each upcoming
showers from now on - the GEMINIDS and BCC MS-Contest youll find at:

THE AWARD - "RUSSIAN VHF TROPHY"
Igor, RA3AH, did send MMMoNVHF a link to a new Award specialy for
VHF, UHF and GHz Fans. It is founded by Efremov a radio club Ether.
For carrying out of bilaterial QSOs on band of 2 meters, 70 and
23 centimeters all kinds of modulation. It is authorized to spend
QSOs, using all kinds of passage: TROPO, ES, AURORA, MS, FAI, EME,
IONO, except for QSOs with use of active retransmitters. Read all:
