Default QSL route for Z30M - NN6C?

I had 3 QSOs with Z30M back in 2000 and 2002, and attempted a direct QSL via
NN6C's PO Box address in California. After waiting a year with no reply, I
thought I would follow up via email to Mike via his QRZ.COM email address --
but it bounces as undeliverable.

Does anyone have updated info for a Z30M QSL manager, or a better address
for NN6C?
