Thank-you Walt, I was pretty certain that is what the rules had said but I
still haven't fully cracked rule-speak yet. I like to participate in the
contests even though for the most part it is just helping other people get
multipliers.

Hi Michael!

You can work everything except USA and Canada. However, contacts with
Alaska and Hawaii *are* good for points.
