Ft-920 am transmit

Hello all,I just purchased an Inrad filter for AM and installed it.I
went to u-70 and set to ON.I have no receive in AM in the ON
position.In the off position I have receive and it sounds like the
filter is working.When I try to transmit I get an error message and no
output.Is this a bad filter or am i missing something.Thanks,Mark
