![]() The general consensus is that it did indeed come from an MSF5000, I started a thread over at batlabs just prior to posting to these groups, which has paid off somewhat (see: http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopi...&unwatch=topic ) but now of course there is also some conflicting info in the replies... info on Motorola gear can be hard to find! I'll play it safe and keep it below 3W until I get definite confirmation of the specs being different. Cheers Good idea. I worked on Motorola, etc, for the past 35 years, up to and including MSF5000 UHF like you have. Best I can recollect, never had an PA that took more than 1 or 2 watts drive..... I could be wrong, maybe.... its been a couple years. Ed |
