Default Extending FT-8900

Hi OMs
I'm planning to get the Yaesu FT-8900 and I want to use it also on 11m.Is
this possible,and if yes,can someone mail me the patch/mod ?

Was pretty clear to me Tom. If you want to talk on CB channels, buy a CB.
But to answer your question, no it will not do 11m.


I already thought so.I plan to use the FT-8900 in my car,and it would have
been a pretty good deal replacing my cb radio with the ft-8900
