SX-110 is a good receiver. However its design, (1950s) is somewhat lacking
by todays standars.

For a general coverage AM shortwave receiver, it will do the trick. For
general AM and maybe CW work it will do.

I have one and I much prefere the SX-111, 101a, 115 etc for ham band
usage.

would be greatly appreciated.
