Default HELP - HT90s with VERY low output

I have 2 Motorola UHF HT90's that register almost 0 output power when
put on a meter. (they chat perfectly with a whopping range of about 250
feet!)

Any pointers/suggestions on possible problems would be much appreciated.

thanks, Zennon

Re-badge them as FRS. HI!HI!

No doubt the final(s) have gone south, and
the 250' range you now see is the leakage from the driver stages.
