Hi, I have a question about the TS 480/ Does it work properly and gives 100w
or 200w (if it is HX version). Are you satisfied with the radio? I am about to buy one but the opinions are divided onto those who are for and who don't like the radio performance especially with the maximum power problem. Can you tell me you opinion. |

It's a great radio that works as good or better than some of the big ones.
I always get and easy 100W out. The radio is very versatile with many bells and whistles that work. Van, KL7TDZ "tradeark" wrote in message ... Van, KL7TDZ I don't own one myself but I have a friend who does and he runs it mobile and really likes it.. We've used it a couple of times in his shack and out at events and it's always done very well.. I like the way it's setup and operates.. The DSP controlls even work pretty good. Adair - KD5DYP |
