Plenty of RF transistors and fets that work on 50Vdc.
I have even seen modern rf powerfets in end-stages
operating at 300V lately!

You will need to turn your battery charger into a stabilised supply though.

Hi all....
I was given a 36 volt, 24 amp battery charger. I haven't dug into the
insides to see what it uses for a rectifier system, but am wonding if
there are any solid state amps that would run on that kind of voltage..
Thanks in advance...
