There are specific bands for Part 15 intentional radiators; that
ain't one of them.

Poor Toad, he can't get anybody to listen to his hack "show", just like
he can't get anybody to attend one of his "hack theatre" projects.

Is that legal?

No.

Wrong, Marqueer. But then you faked EME contacts and talked to
unlicensed stations.

Check out the FCC regs.
"Sec. 15.225 Operation within the band 13.110-14.010 MHz.

(a) The field strength of any emissions within the band 13.553-
13.567 MHz shall not exceed 15,848 microvolts/meter at 30 meters.

(b) Within the bands 13.410-13.553 MHz and 13.567-13.710 MHz, the
field strength of any emissions shall not exceed 334
microvolts/meter at
30 meters.

(c) Within the bands 13.110-13.410 MHz and 13.710-14.010 MHz the
field strength of any emissions shall not exceed 106
microvolts/meter at
30 meters. "

My ISM/HiFer beacon has been copied from over 100 miles away.
And it is not running anywhre near the legal limit. At max if is
adjusted
for a S2 reading on a R2000 about 1 mile from the ISM "intentional
emitter".
I am running AM so SSB should carry much further.

Terry
