No, The one year non-renewable no-code hams would be issued callsigns
from the old CB callsign blocks of the mid 1970's. After they pass the
code test they get a real ham call unless they prefer to keep using the
CB one.

what is it with your obession with CB?



CB'ers = Untested = No-code = No Skills. Ten-Four?
