The Chassel PD probably has a special records management system (usually called a 'circular file' in other jurisdictions) where they file each of Mark's reports, given he's there on an almost hourly basis filing some complaint of a 'death threat', 'staking', and other miscellaneous crimes against his perpetual-victim status.
