Hi,

Yes, http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm
is a fair link. However their "example" apps apparently do not use the best
time setting protocol, which is NTP. ID Wizard uses NTP, is free for the
price of a single email and has numerous additional tools. G

The two time protocols demonstrated by the NIST example apps work well
enough for most projects.
