![]() According to the FCC Enforcement Log on the Rain Report, David Tolassi, formerly KC1ZQ (until he became maybe the first and only ham to ever get downgraded as a result of a retest) and KB1EVE, has been formally popped and is no longer licensed to transmit on ham radio. I can't say he'll be missed, but I must not have heard the stuff he did to get that action. All I heard was his smarmy, self-important, pot stirring that would have irritated Ghandi. Granted, I often suspected some of the music playing to be him, because it frequently was the same signal strength, same propagation artifacts, and same general location as he was when he was on before or after. I wonder what the real story is. Maybe the music was it. LRod Master Woodbutcher and seasoned termite Shamelessly whoring my website since 1999 http://www.woodbutcher.net |
