FT 8900R cross- band feature

FT 8900R cross- band feature

In the instruction manual it is mentioned that the FT 8900R can transmit in
the VHF to VHF mode. How do I do it? I know how to set for the VHF to UHF.
Hope someone can assist me. Thanks in advance.
