The "55" came from Nixon. You remember him and watergate.

"ONE" term Carter was a boondoggle.

Carter needed the FREE gas to cook his peanuts.

10-4 on the unfunded mandateed laws from the Feds. They make laws that
the states are required to enforce but fail to fund them.

Doesn't matter anyway which party pushes this stuff.... it's BS. The
federal government has been strongarming states to do their bidding for
years.. wonder what the next unfunded mandate will be??
