Mine (everyone since 2002) and my friend's are way off. I'd give a quarter
if they'd fix it and I'm willing to wager everybody's is off now.

Funny, mine is right in the center, but then I've been an extra since
1993. Maybe the off-center placement is the FCC's way of showing a
watered down extra.



I'm sure it's not that. Because if it was for stupidity, yours would
definitely be off-center.
