K1MAN gets slapped by the FCC (..yet again...will he ever learn?)

Looks like ole "the FCC's-gonna-crucify-me-mel-gibson/southpark-style
just-like-they-did-to-kv4fz" from Belgrade Lakes done went and got his
knuckles slapped by Sister Mary Elephant of the FCC with a 18" ruler
again folks......

I mean....c'mon now, bejeezbus h christ in a corvette on I-95
doing 85 MPH! You would think that by now this donkey-brain
would have got the message..?
