Radio Hams are qualified to design, build and then operate their own pieces of equipment. Your troll bait is becoming boring. However, for the sake of any newcomers who might be misled it, a slight amount of correction needed. Although it is unclear what a 'radio ham' is, it should be noted that *anyone* canspecify, design, construct, align, test, modify, adjust, and even own such radios without a licence. The only licence needed is to cover 'installation' and 'operation'. Amazing how that latter term, which you used to use as a term of derision, has disappeared from your Gospel. -- from Aero Spike |
