Your troll bait is becoming boring. However, for the sake of any
newcomers who might be misled it, a slight amount of correction
needed.

Although it is unclear what a 'radio ham' is, it should be noted that
*anyone* canspecify, design, construct, align, test, modify, adjust,
and even own such radios without a licence.

The only licence needed is to cover 'installation' and 'operation'.

Amazing how that latter term, which you used to use as a term of
derision, has disappeared from your Gospel.
