No, I was responding to the specific cite you provided.
As to the following, you armchair lawyers love to find passages in the
regs and apply them out of context. For example, reading the following
makes me think that the FCC has erred every time they've fined Howard
Stern and when they fined all the stations after the Janet Jackson
brouhaha.


Either they're wrong...or you are. Guess where my money is.


The ONLY thing the FCC is allowed to regulated regarding content is
Obscene and indecent material and that's they only thing they are
allowed to regulate.
