Danny boy, there's a BIG difference between me and K1MAN, but you and
your little buddies on here are so stupid that you can't understand.
The main difference is I pick a unused frequency and ask if the
frequency is in use, and if no one answer I use the frequency. There's
the BIG difference, between me and K1MAN, but hey, I'm talking to bunch
of dumb narrow-minded licensed CB operators, who can't look outside the
box. Secondly I don't have any Pecuniary Interest, But stupid people
like forget that although there is a "banned" on Pecuniary Interest,
Some Pecuniary Interest is allowed. For example, A person can order a
pizza on a repeater, or if and a man and wife are both amateur
operators she can call him on the radio and pick something up at the
store. plus if your a club station and run a Information bulletin or
morse code practice 40 hours a week (that's 8 hours a day) can
compensate the control operator, so pecuniary interest is NOT complete
banned from ham radio, but what would you know. Finally, Content, the
FCC is prohibited for controlling the content of any station (47 USC
326) This has been upheld by the court of appeal and the US Supreme
Court. but hey I bunch of cry-baby licensed CB operators who think they
amateur's know. The rule dealing with the content of a Information
bulletin can be found and is codified in 47 CFR 97.3(a)(25) Nowhere in
97.3(a)(25) or 47 CFR 97.111(b)(6) does it state an Information
bulletin have to newscast, it only states that a information bulletin
has to be directed to amateur radio operators, consisting solely of
subject matter of direct interest to the amateur service. But, hey what
would a bunch of half-wit licensed CB operators know.

To do what with? To spew your "opinions". That is NOT a bulletin Toad.

Tell me Toad, what has CB got to do with this discussion? Other than the
obvious fact that it is where you learned all you "know" about Amateur
Radio. And FYI I am one of the very few Amateurs that never played on CB.
Other than when I fixed the pieces of crap and got a radio check....and
immediatly turned it off.

snip More redundant prattle from the Toad.

I see dan you didn't read my post or you snipped it because the fact is
I'm tell the truth and you don't want to hear the truth. Like I've said
many times before you show me an FCC rule or a final order from the FCC
that say's an Information bulletin can't be opinionated, the truth is
there is none, I know it and all the other morons on this newsgroup
know it but they don't have the balls to admit to it. the both line is
your all so narrow-minded that you can't look outside your little box.
All you have to do is read and do research, but you moron on this
newsgroup either don't want to or can't

Todd, stop posting pictures of girls when you know that you squealed in
ecstasy when I put my dick deep in your ass and made you cum three
times in a row and stain your mother's kitchen table cloth.
It was good and I want to do it again. I'm even touching myself as I
type this.

your lover,
Dan W4NTI
