Gareth, isn't your real "problem" with these qualifications that you
don't actually have a degree yourself?

Did an audit of qualifications by one of your employers not find some
errors in a certain person's qualification records?

Did that same person not then try to do an Open University degree and
get disqualified when caught cheating in his examinations?
