You need to get a Yank Master's to get anywhere near the Brit Bachelor - except, of course if we're talking about Open University because in the early days you could do 6 unrelated elementary subjects - one per year- and still get a degree. Because of these early OU degrees, one has to consider that _ALL_ OU degrees are the equivalent of 6 'O' levels, and all of them in Cookery. Gareth, isn't your real "problem" with these qualifications that you don't actually have a degree yourself? Did an audit of qualifications by one of your employers not find some errors in a certain person's qualification records? Did that same person not then try to do an Open University degree and get disqualified when caught cheating in his examinations? Neil |
