KT for any resistor at room temperature =-174 dBm/Hz. That's as good as you
get without cryogenic cooling.

Add 17 dBm to increase bandwidth from 1 Hz to 50 Hz = -157 dBM/Hz

Add 3 more to get to MDS and it's -154 dBm, your signal level.
