SA602A oscillator

Hi every one! I'm currently working on a project using SA602A with a 32MHz crystal oscillator. The crystal is specifed with 30 pF load capacitance. I'm not able to make the crytal works. I use 120p and 40p in series, for the crystal.And I follow the circuit given in SA602A data sheet for cellular radio application.
