The Motorola division that produced analog, logic and discrete semiconductors was "spun off" into ON Semiconductor www.onsemi.com/ There are companies that have a wide assortment of new and obsolete Motorola semiconductors A quick search of http://www.1sourcecomponents.com/ Shows this part IN STOCK Did you use them for small qty ? What are their prices vs normal prices for still available components ? (the pb is they want us to give a target price) I mean, I'm homebrewing a VNA and other toys, and need a lot of different small qty stuff and digikey, newark, farnell and so on will become somewhat pricey at the end of the line. How useful can they be for me ? Thanks, Fred. |
