Microwave Transistor Amplifiers by Guillermo Gonzalez for small signal
design and Radio Frequency Transistors by Norm Dye and Helge Granberg for
power amplifier design. Don't know if the latter is still in print. Check
Opamp Technical Books at 1-800-468-4322.

A good source for out of print technical books, and used current books,
is Powell's, http://www.powells.com.

RCA Solid-state-power circuits and Motorola RF Device Data are
considered to be very good books around here, and you usually don't
pay for them, even older books are valuable
