Default Microwave PIN switch

Help
I've got some HP 33123A, SPST PIN switches rated 100MHz -15GHz, they aren't
in my HP catalogue and I can't find any info about them. I specifically need
to know how to drive them and hope that I can switch them at a 1KHz rate to
give me modulated test signals, they are a small rectangular box with 3
SMAs.
Thanks in advance for any information.
Thanks
John
