looking to make my own little tin plate screened boxes..have been making them, but getting a nice clean tight fold is tricky..has anyone got plans of a mini folding jig??has to be able to adjust width of fold as will be used on different sized boxes..typical size 60mm x 50mm x 25mm. with 2 lids.. up to 150mm x 50 mm x 25mm tin plate 0.2mm thickness.. thanks simon g0zen Micro-Mark, Small Parts, Inc, and McMaster Carr in the US all have miniature brakes for this. I don't know what the UK equivalent company would be, but I'd be surprised if there isn't something out there that you can buy. -- Tim Wescott Wescott Design Services http://www.wescottdesign.com |
