Default Searching a transverter

Hi Old Men

I am looking for a 27 Mhz (in) to 7 Mhz (out) transverter, mostly a kit to
transmit in 40 m when I'll be allowed by the french administration.

I don't want to use a multi band trx, just an old CB rig and a transverter in
my car from my home to my job place and return back home (one hour a day).

If anybody knows an adress, thanks in advance for the reply.

Hello,

CTE International used to make them, but I think the output was 6.6MHz. The
people that make CB radio equipment.

Yes but there is nothing on the CTE web site. I think that this rig is
"confidential" and hard to found ;o)

Finally, I will build a monoband transceiver : There are some good kits in
the ham shops...
