VHF Buffer for Oscillator measurement

VHF Buffer for Oscillator measurement

Can someone please recommend a circuit I could build to act as a high
impedance
probe or buffer to enable connection to the 50 Ohm input of my frequency
counter
and for viewing the waveforms on a 300MHz scope.
